Satisfaction Guarantee
At RedLumi, we strive to ensure that you love your light therapy panel. If you’re not completely satisfied, please reach out to us first. We are committed to assisting you with any concerns, and if you’re still not happy, you can return your panel. It must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and components.

How to Return
To begin the return process, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. A valid tracking number for the return must be provided within 30 days of delivery confirmation to qualify for a full refund.

Condition for Refund
Please ensure that the item is in a fully re-saleable condition. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that are damaged, missing parts, or if any packaging or accessories are missing. Items must be returned unopened and unassembled.

Restocking Fee and Return Shipping
All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return. After this 30-day period, we will no longer accept returns.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the item has been inspected, usually within 14 business days.

Order Cancellation

• In-Stock Items: You can cancel your order up until it has been shipped.
• Out-of-Stock Items: You may cancel your order until it has been processed at our warehouse.
• Custom Orders: These cannot be canceled. However, they can be returned within 30 days, unless otherwise specified by a custom agreement.

If you decide to cancel after the item has been shipped, please wait for delivery, avoid opening the packages, and then initiate the return process.

Warranty Information
RedLumi products come with a limited 3-year warranty. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing. Warranty claims are subject to RedLumi’s discretion. To make a claim, contact us with any requested photos or videos to assist in the process. Replaced items will carry the remaining balance of the original warranty period.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. This guarantee is non-transferable and exclusive to RedLumi. Contact us to obtain a return authorization number and adhere to the outlined return policy.

Billing Policy
Promotional offers, discounts, and codes cannot be combined. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. We reserve the right to withdraw discount codes and cancel orders as necessary.
