Used it for 20 mins on pulled face, can feel the warmth from under the skin and feels comfortable. Must use the glasses as the light is strong.

I like this much better than my current red light panel. I can use it on all parts of my body rather than just my face. I'm using it for various reasons, and so far, I am very happy.
