At RedLumi, we take pride in crafting high-quality products that are designed to last. Most RedLumi devices will perform seamlessly for many years, giving you peace of mind as you enjoy the benefits of your red light therapy panels.

In the unlikely event that an issue arises with your RedLumi product, the following warranties apply:

• RedLumi Devices
  THREE-year warranty on all panels, including the RedLumi Glow 1500, Max 5000, Radiant 1000, and Beam 300.

How to Claim

If you encounter any issues with your RedLumi product, claiming your warranty is simple:

1. Contact Us
   Reach out to our support team with details of the issue, along with your receipt and product serial number.
2. Returns Process
   If we determine that a return is necessary, we will provide a RETURNS NUMBER. You’ll need to ship your product back to us, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
3. Repair or Replacement
   After evaluating your product, we’ll either repair or replace it at no additional cost to you. If your product is replaced or repaired, the balance of the original warranty period will remain in effect.

Please note, warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original owner of the product.
