FREE Shipping across USA and Canada
RedLumi offers free shipping on all orders within the USA and Canada, with a delivery time of 8 to 15 days. For express shipping, which delivers within 5 to 7 days, a $49 fee applies.

International Orders
International shipping originates from our overseas warehouse and typically takes 10-15 days for delivery. The shipment method (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) will depend on the destination. Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Any US order that is correctly shipped but refused by the recipient, undeliverable due to the provided address, or returned to our warehouse will incur a $35 fee per item for shipping, warehousing, and receiving charges. International returns will incur a $50 fee per item, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to report it. Please inspect your RedLumi device upon arrival and report any damage within this grace period. We are not responsible for damages reported after the 10-day window.

Cancellations and Address Changes
Order cancellations or changes to the shipping address will not be accepted once an item is already in transit.
